Finnish Herring Salad

• 1 320 gram/13 oz jar of Feature Foods Herring in Wine Marinade, drained and onions removed
  
• 4 c. potatoes, diced and boiled until tender
  
• 2 c. pickled beets, diced
  
• 1 c. chopped onion
  
• 3 cooked carrots, diced
  
• 3 tbsp. vinegar
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
  

Mix all ingredients together.  Chill well and serve.
